Lynnwood, WA - May 1, 2007 - Young Living Northwest (YoungLivingNW.com) and local Chef Debra Lane will present Cooking with Essential Oils at the Edmonds Conference Center (201 Fourth Ave. North in Edmonds, WA 98020) on May 15th, at 7PM - 9PM. Chef Debra Lane has been intensively exploring how to best incorporate essential oils into the food preparation process and will demonstrate the many easy ways that essential oils add an exquisite flair to your favorite dishes to enhance flavor and nutrition. She will discuss how and why the layering of flavors using essential oils can make an otherwise boring meal a delectable experience worthy of rave reviews. Attendee's will taste samples of dishes prepared with essential oils that include: dipping oils & flavored cooking oils, salad dressings, organic/grass-fed beef and lamb, and for dessert a (sugar-free) Blue Agave sweetened Wolfberry Cheesecake with a Wolfberry-Raspberry Sauce. Good nutrition never tasted so great!
